Throughout the process we maintained a formulation, dosing and thickness control through automated gravimetric systems that allow automatic dosage control and speed ​​of the extruder screws. All our machinery has an automatic regulation system thickness profile in line.

The machinery has an automated software which allows the identification of product quality parameters (width, thickness, formulation, temperatures process, winding voltages and processing) to compare with laboratory results throughout the entire process.

The winders has automatic systems for lenght control, diameter and sheets tension, guaranteeing a correct compilation and winding of all the processed rolls, fulfilling our customers requested specifications.
